<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform desired measurement of a trace amount of samples. <P>SOLUTION: A chemical analysis sensor 1a includes a body section 21, a projection section 22 projecting from the body section 21, a detection section 23 disposed at the tip of the projection section 22, and a frame shape member 24 surrounding the tip at a position separated from the tip by a predetermined interval. The tip and the inner edge (frame side hydrophilic region 24b) of the frame shape member 24 facing the tip have hydrophilic property, the outer edge (frame side hydrophobic region 24a) of the frame shape member 24 has water repellency, and the predetermined interval is set to a distance allowing a desired droplet to be held between the tip and frame shape member 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
