摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image decoding time estimation device constituted so that the time required for decoding an image is estimated with fewer errors based on the amount of image coding data and image data.

SOLUTION: An input means of the image decoding time estimation device inputs the image coding data amount and the image data amount and a decoding time estimation means estimates the image decoding time from the image coding data amount and the image data amount which are input by the input means.
