PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic which satisfies the standard of an impact-resistant product, when stored, and can excellently uniformly be coated, when used. SOLUTION: This solid powder cosmetic comprising a powdery material having an oil absorption of ≥20 mL/100 g and a nonvolatile oil and a volatile oil which have viscosity of ≤1,000 mPa s at 70°C under atmospheric pressure is characterized in that the total content of the nonvolatile oil and the volatile oil corresponds to a range between the first peak and the second peak in kneading torque-oil content plots, and the content of the nonvolatile oil corresponds to 80 to 100% of the kneaded torque maximum value of the first peak in the kneading torque-oil content plots.
