PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM signal delay apparatus for canceling a time lag among a plurality of transmission sites by delaying an OFDM signal for an arbitrary time. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an OFDM signal delay apparatus including: an A/D converter 12 which receives an OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) signal and converts the signal into a digital signal; a memory device 13 which stores the digital signal in a memory region and reads it out again in accordance with a prescribed time given from the outside; and a D/A converter 14 which converts the read digital signal into an analog signal.
