LDI PLATE, LASER DESORPTION IONIZATION MASS SPECTROSCOPE, LASER DESORPTION IONIZATION MASS SPECTROMETRY, AND LDI PLATE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LDI plate or the like high in versatility related to ionization technology, especially a laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry, and a substrate for laser desorption ionization mass analysis method. SOLUTION: A first side face is the LDI plate which is in order to support a sample to become an analysis target of the laser desorption ionization mass analysis method, and which has the substrate, and ionization assisting particles to assist ionization of the sample to become the analysis target when applied on the substrate and irradiated by laser. By this constitution, the LDI plate which is easy of manufacturing and high in versatility can be obtained. A second side face is in the LDI plate which has platinum particles to assist ionization of the sample to become the analysis target when irradiated by the laser. By this constitution, since the platinum particles capable of absorbing laser light of a wide range of wavelengths are carried on the substrate, various kinds of samples can be made the targets of the laser desorption ionization mass analysis method.
