PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a connection terminal in which, while suppressing heat generation to the utmost, the connection terminal capable of being mounted at a narrow pitch by miniaturization can be manufactured easily and at high yield, and to provide the connection terminal. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the connection terminal 1 having a connection 3 to which a male tab terminal can be connected, and a conductor part 2 coupled to this connection 3 includes a molding step of molding a connection-linking band-like body 31 integrated by aligning a plurality of connections 3, a coupling step of coupling the conductor part 2 to a predetermined connection 3 with respect to the connection-linking band-like body 31 and a separation step of, by cutting the connection-linking band-like body 31 at predetermined positions, separating it into a plurality of connection terminals 1 formed by coupling the conductor part 2 to one or the plurality of connections 3.
