PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure for easily installing and removing a panel plate. SOLUTION: The panel plate 2 is installed on a front face of a wall member 3 installed on a wall surface W. The wall member 3 is formed with holding grooves 4 and 5 by bending upper-lower end parts of a back face plate 31 arranged on the back face side of the panel plate 2 to the rear side, and further folding back its tip part to the front side. When upper-lower parts of the panel plate 2 are inserted into the upper-lower holding grooves 4 and 5, even if the panel plate 2 is relatively thin, the holding grooves 4 and 5 for insetting the panel plate 2 are easily formed.
