PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition, particularly a makeup composition to form a pleasant deposit on skin, lips or keratin fiber. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition comprises a dispersion composed of at least one non-silicone grafted ethylenic polymer particles in a liquid fat phase in the medium, which can be used also as a beauty aid.
