PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoelement that prevents nonspecific adsorption except on a target and an adverse effect caused by it occurring in a thermoelement to which an antibody having conventional target ability is immobilized and reduces a dose necessary for obtaining a sufficient effect. SOLUTION: The thermoelement comprises a structure containing a metal on at least a part of a surface, a metal bond part having affinity for the structure and multiple specific molecules having a cell surface antigen bond part with affinity for a cell surface antigen.
