PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an object to be drilled from the upside of the floor without interfering with construction in places where a scaffold or a support jack having a receptacle can not be assembled nor installed for drilling through-holes in the floor because there is only a shallow pit under the floor or there is water or other obstacles under the floor. SOLUTION: A holder of object to be drilled comprises a long inserting member, a supporting member pivotally supported by a shaft in a lower part, and a movable means of the supporting member.
