PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display shelf system capable of effectively promoting sales. SOLUTION: This display shelf system includes: a display shelf 501 having a screen 521 provided on a mount part 581 for mounting articles and displaying a projection image from the back side, a projector installation part 570 where a projector 601 is installed, and an optical system 551 for guiding an image projected by the projector 601 disposed on the projector installation part 570 to the back side of the screen 521; the projector 601 disposed on the projector installation part 570 and projecting the image based on input image data; a sensor 701 for detecting a human body 801 and outputting a detection result; and a display control device 201, when an information processing part 131 inputs image data stored in an image storage region 151 into the projector 601 and determines a distance between the human body 801 and the display rack 501 based on the output from the sensor 701, changing over the image data to be input in the projector 601 according to the distance.
