Compounds of formula II wherein each R¹ and R² is independently selected from H and -P(O)(R³)(R⁴), provided that at least one of R¹ and R² is -P(O)(R³)(R⁴); each R³ and R⁴ is independently selected from the group consisting of H, -OH, C₁-C₆ alkyl and C₁-C₆ alkoxy; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
