<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module which can suppress the occurrence of a drop in power output. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery module 1 includes a cell 10a and a cell 10b adjacent to each other, each of which is a lamination composed of a surface electrode layer 3, a power generating layer 6 which is formed on the surface of the surface electrode layer 3 and consists of a photoelectric conversion layer 4 made of an amorphous silicon layer and a photoelectric conversion layer 5 made of a microcrystal silicon layer, and a back surface electrode layer 7 formed on the surface of the power generating layer 6. The surface electrode layer 3a of the cell 10a is electrically connected to the back surface electrode layer 7b of the cell 10b. Stress easing grooves 5f having a thickness smaller than that of the power generating layer 6 as a whole are formed in a given area of the power generating layer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
