<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormal contact of a connector in a sensor output line with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An amount of variation in output value from a temperature sensor 102 is calculated in an amount of variation calculating part 140. At the same time, whether or not this calculated amount of variation is an abnormal value is judged by an abnormality judging part 142 by comparing it with a reference value.
