<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor inverter control device and a motor control method wherein it is possible to suppress switching loss and make the voltage output from an inverter to a motor close to a command value. <P>SOLUTION: The motor inverter control device 1 controls driving a switching element 4 in a phase of the inverter 3 that controls the operation of the motor 2 based on the result of comparison between a triangular wave and a command value.
