<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging bag and a food capable of minimizing the fouling of a hand and easily and facilitating visual recognition thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A candy bag 1 comprises adhesive parts 5 formed at three parts by adhering sides of one vinyl-made sheet cut in one ring section to each other, a peelable area 2 surrounded by perforations 4 formed in one surface in a substantially U shape, and non-peelable areas 3 as other areas. The other surface opposite to one surface consists of only the non-peelable area, and the perforation 4 at the boundary between the peelable area and the non-peelable area extends to the adhesive part 5 constituting an edge of the candy bag 1 at two parts.
