<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device for improving productivity by preventing a shading layer from electrifying, preventing defect of a semiconductor layer of a thin film transistor, and facilitating removal of particles of the surface of the shading layer, and to provide its manufacturing method, and electronic equipment using the electro-optical device. <P>SOLUTION: The shading layer 12 is arranged at a position overlapped on at least a channel region of the semiconductor layer on a lower layer side of the semiconductor layer composing the thin film transistor, connected over all pixels P(1, 1) to P(M, N) and has an electrically connected pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
