<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter polishing slurry composition which maintains the stability of color filter materials, enhances the reliability of color filters and ensures good production capacity and yield. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter polishing slurry composition comprises a polishing agent, a buffer solution and additives. The polishing agent is selected from among the group consisting of carbon compounds, diamond and their mixture. The buffer solution is used to adjust the pH value.
