PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method using a full-color toner which has satisfactory fixing property while obtaining high luster. SOLUTION: In the image forming method using the full-color toner, the full-color toner includes at least a binder resin, a releasing agent and a coloring agent and uses a styrene acrylic resin as the binder resin. A molecular weight distribution of the toner measured by GPC has at least one peak and has a peak of a main component in a predetermined molecular weight area. Further, the whole toner contains a predetermined percentage or less of components of a predetermined value or less in molecular weight and a predetermined percentage or less of components of a predetermined value or more in molecular weight, and has a ratio of weight average molecular weight Mw to number average molecular weight Mn being in a predetermined range and a difference between the softening point of the toner and the peak temperature Wp(°C) of a heat absorption peak of the releasing agent in DSC being in a predetermined range.
