PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil recovering apparatus of an oil clutch having a simple structure, capable of increasing an oil inlet height of an oil tank without enlarging a clutch case. SOLUTION: The oil recovering apparatus 1 of an oil clutch scrapes up oil 8 stored at the bottom of a clutch case 2 by means of a flywheel 12 of an engine, a clutch and a clutch cover 15 provided on the flywheel 12, and discharges the oil 8 from the clutch case 2 to the oil tank 6, thereby recovering the oil. The clutch case 2 includes a housing 3 having the bottom and a tabular upper cover 4 detachably attached to an upper side of the housing 3. A through hole 4a is formed in the upper cover 4. A communication passage 5 communicating with the through hole 4a is disposed above the upper cover 4. The oil 8 is scraped up to the communication passage 5 so as to be discharged to the oil tank 6 through the communication passage 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
