PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity joint capable of distributing gas inside and outside a boot in such a state that distribution of liquid is prevented. SOLUTION: The constant velocity joint comprises an outer ring 4, an inner ring 6 arranged to swing relative to the outer ring 4, a shaft 1 with one end connected to the inner ring 6, a plurality of torque transmission members 7 arranged between the inner and outer rings for transmitting torque between the inner and outer rings by allowing swing of the inner ring 6 and engaging with the inner and outer rings, and a seal structure for air-tightly sealing both left and right side openings of the outer ring 4. At least the seal structure around the shaft is formed of the rubber or resin boot 2 for allowing swing of the shaft. A part of the seal structure is formed of a breathable film 26a with craze generated for allowing passage of air but preventing passage of the liquid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
