PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook fixing/releasing device capable of certainly fixing a hook part to an object to be fixed and performing remote operation of the fixing/releasing. SOLUTION: The hook fixing/releasing device is provided with a cylindrical body part 11; a claw-like hook part 12 turnably pivotally supported on one end of the body part; a tether 13 inserted from the other end of the body part into the body and hooked on an approximate center of the hook part; a stopper 14 fixed on the midway of the tether at the inside of the body; and a trigger 15 capable of engaging or disengaging the stopper. The trigger is engaged with the stopper and the hook part is fixed to the object to be fixed in the state that the hook part is folded/bent relative to the body part, and the trigger is disengaged with the stopper, the hook part is made in the linear state relative to the body part and is recovered by removing it from the object to be fixed. In the case of throwing device, the track of throwing is injected so as to exceed the upper part of the object to be fixed, thereby, the hook part is hooked on the object to be fixed and can be certainly fixed by rolling-up the tether, and the fixing/releasing can be further operated at remote.
