The method involves acknowledging a correct reception of pre-determined entity at print data to a transmitter (1). A receiver copies the print data before implementing the respective acknowledgement for the certain entity. The receiver has a pressure server (2) for the receiving of the print data. The print data from the pressure server is copied on a mirror computer system (14). The acknowledgement of the correct reception is only implemented after successful execution of copying the appropriate entity at print data. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for receiving print data (2) a computer program product for implementing the method (3) a pressure system for implementing the method.
