A structure used for attracting and capturing harmful insects is provided to outweigh the defects by not using a lamp or fan and to cut down the cost of suppressing the breeding of the harmful insects by not consuming electric power. A structure includes: a first member(A) wherein circular grooves(A4) are formed in a bottom surface of a circular plate body, and protrusion columns(A5) are suspended on the circular grooves; a second member(B) wherein insertion protrusion rods(B1) are formed to be inserted into the circular grooves, a funnel-shaped harmful insect inlet(B3) is formed in a central portion of a cylindrical body(B2), and a ring-shaped rim(B5) with coupling grooves(B4) is formed in the bottom end edge of the cylindrical body; and a third member(C) wherein a ring-shaped rim(C1) is formed to be fitted into the ring-shaped rim of the second member, coupling protrusions(C2) are formed at the circumference of the ring-shaped rim to fit into the coupling grooves, and a capturing container is filled with harmful insect attractant fluid.
