PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope face reinforcing construction method and a slope face reinforcing device capable of surely recovering casings 40 and 70 after injecting grout into the casings 40 and 70, by drilling a hole by arranging bars 20 and 50 with outside surface screws in the nonrotatable casings 40 and 70. SOLUTION: This slope face reinforcing device has a pit connector 10, the first bar 20 with the outside surface screw threadedly engaging with this connector, the second bar 50 with the outside surface screw connected to this bar by a coupling 60 with an inside surface screw, a slide tube 30 fittably arranged in the pit connector 10, a first casing 40 slidingly arranged in this tube, and a second casing 70 screw-joined to this casing. Thus, the casings 40 and 70 are recovered after injecting a grout material into the first casing 40 and the second casing 70 connected in order by drilling the hole while successively connecting the first bar 20 with the outside surface screw and the second bar 50 with the outside surface screw.
