PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin mounting device of a base section of a boom swing cylinder of a construction machine capable of facilitating the mounting in the case the boom swing cylinder of the construction machine is assembled and simply and quickly carrying out the maintenance of the boom swing cylinder. SOLUTION: In the pin mounting device fixed between a frame 1 of an upper rotating body and an upper frame 4 and pivoting the base section of the boom swing cylinder 2 of the construction machine, it is so constituted that a recess section 18 is formed in the lower end face of a pin 17 fixed between the frame 1 of the upper rotating body and the upper frame 4, at the same time, the base section of the boom swing cylinder 2 is pivoted on the pin 17, and a lower lid body 20 is stopped to the lower end face of a pin insertion hole provided to the frame 1 of the upper rotating body, a projection section 21 corresponding to the recess section 18 of the pin 17 is provided to the lower lid body 20, the recess section 18 is fitted to the projection section 21 and that the upper surface of the pin 17 can be wrapped with an upper lid body 22 covering an upper pin insertion hole 19 perforated through the upper frame 4.
