PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive cylinder lock having high durability, and capable of changing a key capable of locking or unlocking a lock. SOLUTION: An opening-closing plate 231-4 moves in the vertical direction by allowing the opening-closing plate 231-4 to abut on a positioning surface corresponding to a key code of an inserting part 412 of the key inserted into an inner peripheral cylinder 203. A tumbler plate 233-4 engaged with the opening-closing plate 231-4 also moves in the vertical direction in response to the movement of the opening-closing plate 231-4. A projecting part 251a of a side bar 251 and a recessed part 233-4a of the tumbler plate 233-4 are fitted to rotate the inner peripheral cylinder 203. The key code can be changed by changing an engaging position in the vertical direction of the opening-closing plate 231-4 and the tumbler plate 233-4.
