PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a waterproofing composite coating body excellent in weathering resistance, waterproofing characteristics such as water resistace and appearance such as smoothness, which method can efficiently execute lining work and can sufficiently suppress the possibility of causing sanitary problems by sufficiently reducing emission of formaldehyde. SOLUTION: In the construction method of the waterproofing composite coating body formed by laminating at least a fiber-reinforced resin layer and a finishing material layer in this order on the substrate, the fiber-reinforced resin layer is constituted of a cold setting resin composition (A) containing an unsaturated polyester resin, a polymerizable monomer and an alicyclic amine, and the finishing material layer is a cured resin layer formed by curing a cold setting resin composition (B) containing the unsaturated polyester resin consisting of an unsaturated polyester and the polymerizable monomer and a petroleum wax 0.05-1.0 mass% prescribed by JIS K2235 (1991).
