PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling block body and a cooling device capable of improving efficiency in heat radiation, and easily changing and repairing a flow channel. SOLUTION: This cooling block body 3 has the flow channel 3b which is formed inside of a main body 3a and in which the cooling medium flows, an inflow portion 3e allowing the cooling medium to flow to the flow channel 3b, and an outflow portion 3e allowing the cooling medium to flow out from the flow channel 3b.
