PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic brake hose keeping a reinforcing fiber layer formed of polyethylene terephthalate fibers on the outer periphery of the inner surface rubber layer, which has excellent performance of brake fluid resistance at high temperature. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic brake hose 1, a first reinforcing fiber layer 11 formed of a plurality of polyethylene terephthalate filaments coated with alcohol-soluble or water-soluble polyamide is formed in the outer periphery of an inner surface rubber layer 10 filled with brake fluid. A second reinforcing fiber layer 12 and outer surface rubber layer 13 are formed in the outer periphery of the first reinforcing fiber layer 11. The proportion of the deposited amount of solid content with respect to the polyethylene terephthalate filament coated with the alcohol-soluble or water-soluble polyamide is 0.5-20 wt.%.
