PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer and a manufacturing method thereof capable of preventing the peeling of rubber coating from a washer body in a washer coated with a rubber. SOLUTION: The surface 11 and the back surface 12 are coated with a rubber 2 over the whole surface, and the inner diameter-machined surface 13 is coated with the rubber 2 in only the axial directional end 13e thereof, and the most inside surface of the rubber coating layer 2 in the radial direction is tightly adhered to the inner diameter-machined surface 13.
