PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fold lock for lightly and easily locking a paper box in a folded condition. SOLUTION: This relates to a lock which keeps a folded condition by mutually superimposing folding/superimposing parts A, B and by folding a lock piece 1 formed by a cut crossing a ridgeline 2 when a paper box is folded. The lock piece 1 is surrounded by a base folding line 3 and break lines 4a, 4b with the ridgeline 2 as the axis of symmetry. By shifting the lines 4a, 4b with the ridgeline 2 as a border, a fitting protrusion 5 facing the inside edge of the line 4a is formed on one side and a receiving part 6 facing the outside edge of the line 4b is formed on the other side of the ridgeline 2. In folding the paper box, when the lock piece 1 of the parts A, B is folded along the line 3 in the same direction, the part 5 of the piece 1 folded from the superimposing part of one side fits the receiving part 6 of the superimposing part of the other side to be locked.
