PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling facility enabling performance of effective rice seed pasteurizing work and raising seedling work through arranging a rice seed pasteurizing equipment in the raising seedling facility. SOLUTION: This raising seedling facility is such that a seedling box sown with a seeder 3 is carried into a sprouting room 10 equipped with a heater 11 to sprout rice seed in the seedling box, the seedling box is carried out from the sprouting room 10 after the rice seed sprouts, and raising seedling is performed. The raising seedling facility is set with a rice seed pasteurizing system which arranges a hot-water pasteurizing apparatus 19 of rice seed in the facility, and carries rice seed pasteurized with the hot-water pasteurizing apparatus 19 into the sprouting room 10 and dries with the heater 11.
