An apparatus for mounting a film roll is provided to easily match a center of the film roll by adjusting left and right positions of the film roll through a control bar and an outer shell body. An apparatus for mounting a film roll includes a fixed body(10), a control bar, an outer shell body(30), and a film roll fixing device. The control bar is fastened to the fixed body. The film roll is inserted into an outer circumferential surface of the outer shell body which moves the film roll by being moved along the fixed body according to rotation of the control bar. The film roll fixing device includes an elevating pieces(43), a dial(45), and an operating body. The elevating piece is positioned on a receiving groove(31) of the outer shell body. The dial is provided on the outer shell body. The operating body elevates and lowers the elevating piece according to rotation of the dial.
