A prefabricated rack and carrier for bottles is provided to allow storing and carrying bottles safely by assembling the fist groove, a pair of the second grooves, and a pair of the third grooves vertically or oppositely depending on needs. A prefabricated rack and carrier comprises: a pair of the first boards(100a,100b) which include a first groove formed on the central part of the first board, and a pair of the second grooves formed on both sides of the first groove; and a pair of the second boards(200a,200b) which include a pair of the third grooves. The pair of the first boards and the pair of the second boards are arranged facing each other to form the first structure where the second grooves are inserted into the third grooves, or combined vertically to form the second structure where the second boards are inserted into the second grooves of the first boards.
