A decorative panel having a silver mirror pattern on a steel plate is provided to apply to interior, exterior decoration of a building or a panel for an elevator by forming a silver mirror pattern on interior and exterior materials of a building, especially a panel for an elevator. A manufacturing method of a decorative panel having a silver mirror pattern on a steel plate comprises the steps of: forming a coating layer(11) on a steel plate(10); forming a first ultraviolet hardening type coating layer(13) on the coating layer to protect the coating layer and to level the coating layer effectively; forming a printing layer(14) on the first ultraviolet hardening type coating layer; forming a primer layer(15) on an intaglio of the printing layer; forming a silver mirror surface(16) on the primer layer; and forming a second ultraviolet hardening type coating layer(17) to protect the silver mirror surface, wherein the printing layer is removed before forming the second ultraviolet hardening type coating layer after forming the silver mirror surface.
