PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holder of an optical disk device which can perform read-out of information or write-in of information at high speed. SOLUTION: The lens holder 20 is used for an optical pickup apparatus 10 performing read-out or the like of information recorded in an optical disk, and has a side plane being at right angle to an optical disk plane and tangent of a track of the optical disk, wherein a bobbin 36 on which a wound-type tracking coil 24 or a wound-type focusing coil 26 is fitted is molded at the side plane (plane P or plane Q) together with the tracking coil 24 or the focusing coil 26.
