PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full charge capacity detection device for rechargeable battery of neural network type capable of highly precisely measuring the full charge capacity of the battery. SOLUTION: The full charge capacity is precisely operated by the neural network operation while inhibiting the larger scale of neural net work operation by neural network operating while using the open circuit voltage and internal resistance after discharging the prescribed amount from determination of full charge, in addition to the histories of voltage and current.
