PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating system securing uniformity on the upper surface of a floor base by solving the problem wherein the floor base is dried and shrunk since a warm water pipe forming a heating source is meanderingly embedded in the floor base fixed to a floor backing by an adhesive. SOLUTION: This floor heating system is composed of the floor base 1 having a groove 3 for piping on its back, a warm water pipe 4 embedded in the floor base 1, a soaking plate 6 glued to the back of the floor base 1 through an upper adhesive 5, and the floor backing 8 glued through the soaking plate 6 and a lower adhesive 7 to support the floor base 1. A non-adhesive body 9 for prohibiting adhesion is interposed in either one of or both spaces between the soaking plate 6 and the upper adhesive 5 and between the soaking plate 6 and an adhesive 7, and in the vicinity of the groove 3.
