PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor exhibiting excellent sensitivity characteristics and electrostatic charge characteristics over a long period by using a specific amine compound as a hole transport agent, and also to provide an image forming apparatus for dry development and an image forming apparatus for wet development. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor, etc. is provided with a photosensitive layer including a binder resin. the hole transport agent, and a charge generating agent, and the amine compound expressed by General Formula (1) is included therein as the hole transport agent.
