PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin particulate dispersion in which resin particulates of polyester obtained by underwater polycondensation have a high molecular weight and a sharp particle size distribution and whose emulsification dispersion state is stable and its manufacturing method, and to provide toner for toner electrostatic charge image development which has sufficiently satisfactory toner characteristics by using the resin particulate dispersion and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the resin particulate dispersion in which resin particulates obtained from a condensation polymerizable monomer through polycondensation in a water type medium and a cosurfactant are dispersed, the resin particulate dispersion containing at least one kind among structure (1) -(-CO-R1-COO-R2-O-)-, structure (2), etc., as the cosurfactant.
