PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for detecting the surrounding environmental status of a display medium while maintaining water-proofing property and moisture-proofing property in a display medium whose image deterioration is generated due to moisture. SOLUTION: A wireless light quantity sensor 200L for executing radio communication by a radio signal as a measurement means for measuring light quantity to be emitted to a display medium 100. Thus, it is not necessary to connect the display medium 100 to an external controller 300 through any lead wire, and it is possible to enclose the display medium 100 by using the wireless light quantity sensor 200L. Thus, it is possible to measure the light quantity of the display medium 100 while maintaining water-proofing property and moisture-proofing property even when the image quality deterioration of the display medium 100 is generated due to moisture.
