PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance belt constituted so that resistance change accompanying permanent extension with time is suppressed on condition that a belt base material made of an elastic material is used, and also to provide an image forming apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: In the conveyance belt 1 having the belt base material 2 consisting of the elastic materials, conductive filler 3 for resistance adjustment is distributed in the belt base material 2, particulate filler 3a and solid continuous fiber filler 3b which is distributed with ratio smaller than that of the particulate filler 3a and suppresses rise in resistance of the belt base material 2 caused between the particulate filers 3a according to extension ratio of the belt base material 2 are mixed in the conductive filler 3.
