The cutter has a blade (2) retractable in a cutter body, and a pusher (3) transversal to the body. The pusher transversally projects from the body when the blade is entered in the body, and is pushed in the body for leaving the blade. A rocker (4) and rod (5) transform the transversal movement of the pusher in longitudinal movement of the blade. The rocker and rod are arranged between the pusher and the blade. A button (12) and a blocking rocker (13) inhibit the operation of the pusher, where button is realized in a form of slider. |
