A sheet type heating element of a multiple structure is provided to increase a heating temperature comparing to the sheet type heating element of a single layer structure by multiply forming an insulation fabric having a carbon, silver, and electrode portions. In a sheet type heating element(100) of a multiple structure, a carbon paste is applied to an insulation fabric(115) as various patterns and shapes having a predetermined thickness and is dried. A silver paste is applied to both ends of the carbon applied portion and is dried. The carbon paste is applied to the opposite side of the insulation fabric as the various patterns and shapes having the predetermined thickness again and is dried. The silver paste is applied to both ends of the carbon applied portion(135) and is dried. The upper surface(130) and lower surface of a laminating paper are thermally pressed on both sides of the insulation fabric by forming an electrode on a top part of the silver applied portion(123) with a certain gap.
