PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion adaptor capable of using an incidence/emission port for an SMA905 connector for an FC connector in order to import and domestically use a device manufactured overseas and equipped with the inlet/outlet port for the SMA905 connector. SOLUTION: The conversion adaptor (1) has ferrules (10, 20) with a diameter different from each other at respective ends of an optical fiber (30), wherein the two ferrules (10, 20) are integrally constituted through a connecting member (40). The larger diameter ferrule (10) for a connector to be attached to the incidence/emission port of the device and the smaller diameter ferrule (20) are integrally constituted at respective ends of one optical fiber (30) through the connecting member (40).
