PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a battery installed at a swivel base of a working vehicle, with sufficient weight balance. SOLUTION: A back hoe 1 has the swivel base 11 mounted on a travel device 5: a boom 25 or the like mounted to the front part of the swivel base 11; and a driving force generating part provided inside the swivel base 11. The driving force generating part comprises a hydraulic pump 14 supplying oil pressure for operating the boom 25 or the like; an electric motor 13 for driving the hydraulic pump 14; the battery 50 formed of a lithium ion battery or an organic radical battery for supplying electric power to the electric motor 13; an operating oil tank 73 for storing operating oil; and an oil cooler 71 for cooling the operating oil. The battery 50 is disposed stored in a battery storage part 12 located in the rear end side position in the swivel base 11. The hydraulic pump 14, electric motor 13, operating oil tank 73 and oil cooler 71 are arranged in a plane in positions below the battery storage part 12, inside the swivel base 11.
