PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular suspension device capable of efficiently generating the damping force. SOLUTION: In a vehicle 10, a front left wheel side electromagnetic suspension 24 and a front left wheel side hydraulic absorber 26 are provided between a front left wheel side member 20 of a vehicle body and a front left wheel side lower arm 22, and the damping force is generated on the front left wheel side electromagnetic suspension 24 by a front left wheel side motor 28. An ECU 100 controls a front left wheel side hydraulic regulator 30 according to the damping force in the front left wheel side electromagnetic suspension 24 to generate the damping force by the front left wheel side hydraulic absorber 26. A front right wheel side electromagnetic suspension 44, a rear left wheel side electromagnetic suspension 64, and a rear right wheel side electromagnetic suspension 84 generate the damping force similarly to the front left wheel side electromagnetic suspension 24. A front right wheel side hydraulic absorber 46, a rear left wheel side hydraulic absorber 66 and a rear right wheel side hydraulic absorber 86 generate the damping force similarly to the front left wheel side hydraulic absorber 26.
