PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking in a groove or a fin during manufacturing. SOLUTION: The ratio (R/δ) of the circular radius R mm of a bottom angular part (2b) of a groove (2) for the bottom widthδmm of the groove (2) is 0.10-0.25, and the ratio (r/δ) of the circular radius r mm at the tip of a fin (3) for the bottom widthδmm of the groove (2) is 0.14-0.20.
