PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity joint having a sealing structure for preventing the leakage of lubricating oil sealed therein to the outside while reducing its whole shape. SOLUTION: The constant velocity joint comprises an input shaft side member 12 having first guide grooves 32a-32f, an output shaft side member 14 having second guide grooves 38a-38f intersecting with the first guide grooves 32a-32f, a retainer 16 for retaining a torque transmission member 20 on a retaining window 18, and a cover member 22 fixed to an annular flange 26 of the input shaft side member 12. In a recessed portion 28 closed with the input shaft side member 12 and the cover member 22, the retainer 16 and the output shaft side member 14 are parallelly stored eccentrically from the axis of the input shaft side member 12 and a seal member 46 is provided for sealing a gap between the output shaft side member 14 and the cover member 22.
